All players automatically regenerate Mana and Hitpoints over time as long has they have eaten some kind of Food recently.
All food regenerates mana and hitpoints for some length of time depending on the food. The longest you can regenerate for without consuming more Food is 1200 seconds (20 minutes). See the Food page for more information on the different kinds of edible items.
Regeneration Rates[]
All vocations regenerate mana and hitpoints at different rates. Knights regenerate Hitpoints the fastest, while Druids and Sorcerers regenerate Mana the fastest. The kind of food eaten does not affect the regeneration rate.
If a player has purchased a promotion, then they will regenerate Mana and/or Hitpoints faster.

Special Items[]
Eating food is not the only way to regenerate Hitpoints and Mana. There are some special items that can be used.
These items will quickly replenish or regenerate Mana:
- Mana Fluid: Will immediately replenish a large amount of mana (100 average)
- Mana Potion, Strong Mana Potion, Great Mana Potion, Great Spirit Potion: Will immediately replenish a large amount of mana (100, 150 and 200 average)
The smaller the potion is more profitable mp/gp it becomes.
- Soft Boots: These will continuously recover your mana (and hitpoints) over time for 240 minutes then they will need to be repaired.
- Life Ring: Will regenerate mana and hitpoints much faster while it is worn.
- Ring of Healing: Will regenerate mana and hitpoint much faster than a Life Ring while it is worn.
Soft boots are more profitable mp/gp than a life ring, and a life ring is more profitable mp/gp than a ring of healing.
- Also some rare food can fill all your mp.
These items will quickly replenish or regenerate Hitpoints:
- Life Fluid: Will immediately replenish a small amount of hitpoints
- Small Health Potion, Health Potion, Strong Health Potion, Great Health Potion, Ultimate Health Potion, Great Spirit Potion: Will immediately replenish a large amount of hitpoints (75, 150, 300 and 500 average)
The smaller the potion is more profitable hp/gp it becomes.
- Life Ring: Will regenerate mana and hitpoints much faster while it is used.
- Ring of Healing: Will regenerate mana and hitpoint much faster than a Life Ring while it is used.
- Soft Boots: These will continuously recover your health (and mana) over time for 240 minutes then they will need to be repaired.
Soft boots are more profitable hp/gp than a life ring, and a life ring is more profitable hp/gp than a ring of healing.
- Healing Runes (Intense Healing Rune, Ultimate Healing Rune) will immediately replenish hitpoints based on the user's experience level and magic level.
Intense Healing Rune is more profitable than Ultimate Healing Rune.
- Healing Spells (Light Healing, Intense Healing, Ultimate Healing, Divine Healing, Heal Friend, Mass Healing, Wound Cleansing) will immediately replenish hitpoints based on the caster's experience level and magic level.
The less mana a spell use its more profitable hp/mp.
- Also some rare foods can fill all your hp.
